CCI Greenlights Merger: ADES International Holding to Acquire Shelf Drilling, Ltd. in Strategic Offshore Drilling Consolidation
The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the proposed merger of ADES International Cayman into Shelf Drilling, Ltd. Post-merger, Shelf Drilling will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of ADES International Holding, consolidating their offshore drilling operations in India.
